AccessElite is your all-inclusive partner in personal well-being. We facilitate a connected and open culture amongst your employees and make it easy to do so through our mobile application, booking portal, and program communications. Depending on which offering you select we will personalize your program to fit the unique needs of your team. We are there to help simplify the task of ensuring employee engagement, health, and overall wellness and we make it easy to track your team’s progress every step of the way!

You can easily and quickly sign up for AccessElite through our website on the sign up page. If you’d rather have someone walk you through the sign up process, you can call our Member Services Team at (833) 755-0402 to assist you or shoot an email to info@accesselitehealth.com.

The AccessElite application can be downloaded in the Apple App store or Google play store by searching ‘AccessElite’.

To update or change your password, please follow these steps:

  • Log into the member portal or mobile application. 
  • Click on your name/picture icon.
  • Navigate to the “Change Password” tab.

We offer exclusive events for our members Monday-Friday at various times. To view and register for upcoming AEA events you will need to:

  • Log into the member portal or mobile application.
  • Click on Events in the navigation bar.
  • Click through the daily calendar to see event titles/descriptions/times.
  • Click the register button to add it directly to your calendar.

 

With an AccessElite membership, you have on-demand access to a variety of wellness classes that you can take anytime, anywhere. To search for classes, follow the steps below. 

  • Log into your mobile app or the member portal.
  • Click on the ‘Classes’ icon in the navigation bar.
  • You can use the search bar to search for a particular class or you can click ‘Select Category’ to browse the classes available within a certain category such as meditation.

Connecting your FitBit to your AccessElite App will allow your steps to automatically be synced to your account, which will count towards your monthly point goals. To connect your FitBit to your AccessElite account, please follow these steps:

  • Log into the mobile application. You can download the app here
  • Click on the ‘More’ icon with 3 dots on the bottom right of the navigation bar. 
  • Under the ‘More’ section, select ‘Devices’.
  • Select the FitBit option and follow the prompts to sync your data. 
  • You will need to allow permissions in the settings of your FitBit app to share data with the AccessElite app. 

 

Connecting your Apple Health to the AccessElite app will allow your steps to be automatically uploaded to your account, which will count towards your monthly point goals. To connect your Apple Health to your AccessElite account, please follow these steps:

  • Log into the AccessElite mobile application. You can download the app here
  • Click on the ‘More’ icon with 3 dots on the bottom right of the navigation bar. 
  • Under the ‘More’ section, select ‘Devices’.
  • Select the ‘Apple Health’ option and follow the prompts to sync your data. 
  • You will need to allow permissions in the settings of your Apple Health app to share data with the AccessElite app.

You can sync a device that tracks your steps and it will automatically enter them in the AccessElite app – see Questions # and # for the steps on how to do this. You can also manually enter your steps in the Dashboard section of the AccessElite app by following the steps below. 

  • Log into your mobile app or the member portal.
  • Click on ‘Dashboard’ in the navigation bar. 
  • Scroll down to the ‘Summary’ section and select the ‘Steps Walked’ Box. In the ‘Steps Walked’ section, you will see a breakdown of your steps week-over-week. 
  • In the top right corner of each week, there is a pencil icon. Click on the pencil icon to manually type in your steps for the day. You can add your steps retroactively as well. 

You can manually add in your minutes exercised in the Dashboard section of the AccessElite app by following the steps below. 

  • Log into your mobile app or the member portal.
  • Click on ‘Dashboard’ in the navigation bar. 
  • Scroll down to the ‘Summary’ section and select the ‘Minutes Exercised’ Box. In the ‘Minutes Exercised’ section, you will see a breakdown of the time you’ve spent exercising week-over-week. 
  • In the top right corner of each week, there is a pencil icon. Click on the pencil icon to manually type in the minutes you exercised for the day. You can add your minutes exercised retroactively as well. 

Challenges are an opportunity to be in healthy competition with yourself and your teammates as you work to achieve various wellness goals. These challenges are designed to encourage you to commit to a wellness practice and track your progress. We have several different challenges available that you can participate in including Re-Hydrate + Re-Charge, Get Up & Get Moving, The Push-Up Challenge, Be Well, The Squat Challenge, Sleep Well, and The Burpees Challenge.

To Create a Challenge:

  • Log into your mobile app or the member portal.
  • Select Challenges in the navigation bar. You can then view your past, current, and future Challenges.
  • To Create a new challenge, select the ‘Create Challenge’ in the top right corner and follow the prompts.
  • Once you have created the new challenge, you can invite teammates to join the challenge with you by clicking the “add participants” button. You can see the overall standings, so you’ll always be able to see how you are doing compared to the rest of your team.

To view the recordings from your exclusive company events, follow the steps below. 

  • Log into your mobile app or the member portal.
  • Click on the ‘Classes’ icon in the navigation bar.
  • Toggle on ‘My Company Classes’ to view recordings of past events that have been hosted specifically for your company.
